There is a new form that has to be filled out for food assistance. The form MUST be two pages, and will NOT be acceptable if it is printed front and Back.

The food pantry main distribution is on the third Saturday of every month between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon. There is also an emergency food pantry distribution every Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon for first time need only.

Participants are limited to one distribution per month and must meet O.D.J.F.S. income guidelines.

Applications are available at the distribution or you can download a copy, fill it out and bring it with you.
